Anti-Racist Facilitation
- Provide facilitation and programming support to various non- profit & charter organizations on topics such as: anti-racist practices, race-alike affinity groups, and relational culture
- Develop and support equity audits, focus group, and empathy interviews toward increasing anti-racist practices and policies within organizations or teams, providing written reports and recommendations based on data collected
Equity-Coaching
- Individualized leadership coaching for school-based staff, such as head counselors and program managers
- Participate in coaching teams for equity-based professional learning communities
- Facilitate Affinity Groups for BIPOC, Latinx, Asian Pacific Islander, Mixed-Race, and/or Non-Black People of Color educators and practitioners to explore their individual Problems of Practice and develop equity-centered practices in their work

- Design and facilitate collaborative efforts to identify priorities on new initiatives to address specific needs by engaging diverse stakeholders including city and partner agencies, student and family advisory bodies as well as site-based and central-office staff
