Provide facilitation and programming support to various non- profit & charter organizations on topics such as: anti-racist practices, race-alike affinity groups and relational culture
Develop and support equity audits, focus groups and empathy interviews toward increasing anti-racist practices and policies within organization or teams providing written reports and recommendations based on data collected
Hiring Consultant
Collaborating with small businesses to develop and design recruitment and selection processes tailored to meet their specific staffing needs with a focus on equity and inclusion
